We hired Selena to help redesign our main level. She was great to work with. This was our first renovation of any size and she made the process easy. We walked through our ideas and budget - she was able to create three different 3D designs at different price points for us to chose from.

Once we picked our design she took us shopping for flooring, cabinets, counters, back splash, and everything else that goes into a full design. She was able to really slow down the process when she saw us being over whelmed. Always showed up with recommendations and additional choices to compare.

She was always on time for every appointment and made this really enjoyable for us. She handled the issues with the city and helped us chose our contractor and even worked with him when i was getting frustrated.

I have wanted to remodel my kitchen for several years. My plan was to hire a contractor and tell him/her what I wanted done.

How naive of me. There is so much more to it than that. I have never worked with a designer before, frankly I had some negative ideas about doing it.

I found Fitch Design Company online with my first internet search, realized it was very close to where I live so I called.

From that very first phone call I knew Selena was someone I wanted to work with. My husband and I met with her told her our vision and a few days later we had a 3D rendering of what our kitchen could look like, It had everything we wanted and more.

I was amazed at how well she had listened, and with a few minor tweaks we choose everything she showed us. Cabinets, hardware, sink, countertop and so much more.

She arranged for the contractor, engineer, electrician, etc.

Selena was hands on, working closely with the contractor. She furnished all the specs, line drawings with exact placement measurements, showing outlets, lighting placement, etc, etc. Everything that a contractor would need.

Our kitchen is finished now and it is gorgeous!

We feel that the fees for the work of Selena at Fitch Design Company were very fair and worth every penny. Everyone at the office was professional, friendly and attentive. My calls were always returned in a timely manor.

Did I mention how much fun Selena was to work with?

I recently had the opportunity to work with Ms. Selena Fitch as designer of a remodel for a 1990 era 2450 square foot home in Edmonds, Washington. The work is now drawing to a close and the results, tailored to my preferences, are exceptional.

Throughout the process, from original conceptualization, through materials selection and final installation, Ms. Fitch has been the guiding force. She is attuned to the needs and style of the owner, yet brings her own flair to the process. Nothing is left to chance with her attention to detail and follow through.
