Our Solution
The clients wanted to convert two bedrooms to make a larger master and add a rooftop deck over their porch so they could enjoy the morning sun. We engineered a new beam so we could join the two rooms together, added beautiful exterior french doors and built a waterproof deck over the porch- all in keeping with the original style and beauty of the home.
